There is a $35.00 processing fee due with each application.
Your processing fee is 100% Refundable in case of rejected or denied application.

· Your Contact information including 2 telephone numbers & hours you can be reached
· A photograph or detailed drawing of your booth or table in operational form.
· Include a description of how your product(s) and or services benefit the global of local community.
· If selling goods or services; please provide us with a copy of your current and valid sellers permit

Please be sure to print out and keep an extra copy of your pay pal receipt
& attach a dated proof of your processing payment to your pre-registration application.
We will be using the processing payment date to generate your application date; so please keep track your payment receipt!
Symposium Operating Hours (subject to change)
10:00AM to 10:00PM each day of the three day Symposium
Symposium Space Rental Rates
Spaces are sold in 10x10 feet increments - Spaces will cost $120.00 per day-per space or $300.00 for all three days.
Non-commercial NPO informational spaces will be free of charge.
Selection:
All applications will be screened through a selection process (not a first-come, first-served basis).
A symposium selection committee reviews applications and makes selections based on the following criteria:

Our guest speakers and presenters will be given first preference

Tell us how the goods or services offered or presented contributes to the community and /or earth’s sustainability

Include information ( website; if you have one) on the attributes of your products and/or services and your presentational display
