We are actively soliciting an eclectic range of commercial, art and or educational participants for the Empowerment Symposium; as speakers, exhibitors, and/or vendors. We welcome all humanitarian, educational, artistic, political, environmental, spiritual, and wellness oriented individuals, businesses and organizations.
Application Process:
Applications for speaker, vendor, or exhibit space will be accepted from April 1, 2009 - June 10, 2009
There is a $10.00 processing fee due with each application;
(your processing fee is 100% Refundable in case of rejected or denied application)

If you choose to submit your vendor pre-application by mail,
You will be provided with a pay pal link for your $10.00 processing fee. We will be using the processing payment date to generate your application date; so please keep track your payment receipt!
Symposium Hours (subject to change)
10:00AM to 10:00PM each day of the two day Symposium
Spaces are available in 10x10 feet increments - Spaces will cost $100.00 per day-per space or $150.00 for both days.
A limited number of Non-commercial NPO educational both spaces will be available free of charge.
Selection: All applications will be screened through a selection process (not a first-come, first-served basis). A symposium selection committee reviews applications and will make selections based on the following criteria; (Our guest speakers and presenters will be given first preference)
